Customer Service Representative Job Description:
The main function of a Customer Service Representative specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical Customer Service Representative is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.

What you’ll do as a Customer Service Representative:

Answer phone calls and direct calls appropriately
Greet customers an vendors
Maintain visitor logs
Complete filing as needed
Interact with customers via phone and email
Send packages via carrier and maintain tracking log
Send shipment and order confirmations

What you’ll bring to the Customer Service Representative role:

High school diploma or GED
Verbal and written communication skills
Computer awareness (Microsoft and priority software)
Organizational skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple direction changes
