Our client, a growing company within the automotive retail industry, is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join their team. This role combines customer service and sales responsibilities, with a stronger emphasis on sales, customer engagement, and relationship building. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, identifying solutions, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
This position is well-suited for someone with previous phone-based sales and customer service experience, particularly within the automotive industry. While training will be provided, automotive knowledge will help accelerate onboarding and success in the role.

- Deliver outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions within company systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Qualifications
Required
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, phone sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions across phone, email, and online platforms.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new products, systems, and processes.
- Experience within the automotive industry.
- Background in automotive sales, automotive customer service, or aftermarket automotive products.
- Familiarity with wheels, tires, vehicle accessories, or related automotive products.
- Proven success in a phone-based sales environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and customer management tools.
