Contract Duration: 3 months
Worksite Location: Wichita, KS
Compensation: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

What you’ll do as a Customer Service Support Representative:

Prepare and submit accurate export documentation, including bills of lading, EEI filings, import ISF filings, and letters of credit requirements
Review sales reports, order forms, and SAP data to ensure proper booking of loads
Coordinate with import brokers, overseas business partners, and third-party facilities to complete shipment requirements
Manage import activities, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and import cargo is cleared in a timely manner
Support customer service needs by managing data in SAP and Remedy Force, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions
Communicate shipment details to business units, load facilities, customers, and other key stakeholders
Collaborate with global tax and customs teams, including FDA-related matters when applicable
Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines are met
Take on other duties as assigned to support team and business needs

What you’ll bring to the Customer Service Support Representative role:

High school diploma/GED required; associate’s degree preferred
At least 1 year of office experience (2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or transportation preferred)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across global teams
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Familiarity with SAP, AS400, GT Nexus, or similar systems is a plus
Knowledge of Incoterms, forwarding, or customs clearance preferred
