Contract Duration: 6-months
Worksite Location: Lake Elmo, MN
Compensation: $22.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Customer Support Representative:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance on banking services and products
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction
Use your problem-solving skills and creativity to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service and support
Provide clear and accurate information to help customers navigate our systems, processes, and procedures
Continuously improve by learning and staying up-to-date with product offerings, processes, and tools
