We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with employment opportunities. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative for a full-time contract-to-hire position!
- Contract-to-hire Length: 12-months
- Location: Onsite in Lake Elmo, MN office
- Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Customer Support Representative Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a critical role in supporting our customers with a wide variety of inquiries. On a typical day, you will support between 60-80 customers and are empowered to demonstrate care and commitment during each interaction.

A day in the life of a Customer Support Representative:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a manner that strengthens the relationship with each customer
- Ensure First Call Resolution by seeking to first understand before moving to resolution so that the right action is taken for each customer
- Consistently and comfortably utilize an online manual to follow procedures and resolve customer inquiries
- Effectively navigate through multiple systems, screens, and fields to obtain information to resolve inquiries, including searching for solutions while the customer is on the phone
- Maintain good attendance and adherence to schedule
What you will bring to the role as a Customer Support Representative:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 0-1+ years of call center experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and take ownership to resolve customer needs
