The Cybersecurity Engineer will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the activities performed related to legacy software code support as well as lesser duties for engineering support, installation and/or operations of infrastructure technologies. This role is responsible for planning at an operational level and designing and developing technology solutions interfacing with appropriate customers, management, and technical resources.

- Contract Duration: 6-months
- Worksite Location: Hybrid in Hartford, CT office
The Cybersecurity Engineer will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the activities performed related to legacy software code support as well as lesser duties for engineering support, installation and/or operations of infrastructure technologies. This role is responsible for planning at an operational level and designing and developing technology solutions interfacing with appropriate customers, management, and technical resources.
What you’ll do as the Cybersecurity Engineer:
- Support, maintain and enhance legacy custom code in .NET related to single sign-on and supporting solutions
- Create new automation and support existing automation
- Interact with customers to achieve efficient, effective results
- Prioritize all work activities in accordance with business priorities and production availability requirements
- Facilitate and/or participate in the design, development, and implementation of large complex technology solutions supporting one or more business and/or technology areas
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or its equivalent in work experience
- 3 to 5 years practical experience with .NET (C# or VB.NET)
- 2+ years practical experience with Python
- Experience with MS Authenticator MFA, Azure Cloud Platform, AWS, GCP and Okta
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Network, Database, Server, Storage etc. preferred.
