Our firm is partnering with a global organization in the healthcare and medical products industry to support their data operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate contract data, customer eligibility validation, and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Data Operations Coordinator is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and adaptable to changing priorities throughout the month.

Job Description
The Data Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing a shared inbox and processing contract chargeback reconciliation files. This position involves routine, detail-driven work and close collaboration with peers to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities include:
Inbox Management
  • Monitor and respond to a shared email inbox handling inquiries from distribution partners and internal sales teams regarding customer contract eligibility
  • Use internal systems and tools to research and provide accurate responses
  • Escalate issues when appropriate and ensure contract details such as pricing, eligibility, and expiration dates are communicated correctly
Chargeback Reconciliation
  • Review chargeback files and validate customer eligibility against contract terms
  • Process repetitive, accuracy-focused tasks while adhering to established procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
Workflow & Team Interaction
  • Balance daily inbox responsibilities with increased chargeback processing during peak periods
  • Participate in team meetings, group chats, and informal in-office collaboration activities
  • Work independently while leveraging team support and guidance as needed

Qualifications
Required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a structured environment
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities throughout the month
  • Proficiency using basic computer tools and email systems
Preferred
  • Previous experience in a data operations, administrative, or coordination role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Experience interacting with customers or business partners via email or phone
  • Exposure to healthcare, medical products, or regulated industries
