Contract Duration: 6 months
Worksite Location: Hartford, CT

What you’ll do as the Desktop Support Contractor:

Receive devices from stock and place them in the designated Build Area
Image devices and set them up for new hires, break/fix, and refresh projects
Collaborate with ISC to ensure accurate inventory management and updates
Ship and receive devices, ensuring proper documentation and handling
Perform data wipes on iPhones and prepare them for disposal or refurbishment
Set up devices on the network for new hires
Update the SharePoint site and Depot database with relevant asset information
Assist with various miscellaneous tasks within the depot to support team success

What you’ll bring to the Desktop Support Contractor role:

Previous experience working with technology equipment (imaging devices, inventory management, etc.) is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Familiarity with basic IT systems, including device imaging and asset tracking
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Good communication skills to work effectively with internal teams.
