Contract Duration: 5 months
Worksite Location: Concord, NH

What you’ll do as the Desktop Support:

Perform preliminary troubleshooting and technical assistance for hardware and associated software
Resolve customer issues where applicable and within the position skill set
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with the customer base and internal/external teams
Unpack and stage desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment to the agency
Complete imaging and installation of software onto devices

What you'll bring to the Desktop Support role:

Experience provisioning and deploying desktop hardware including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Experience troubleshooting and providing technical assistance for basic desktop, laptop, hardware, and software issues
Experience unpacking, and staging desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment
Experience resolving customer and end-user issues
