- Contract Duration: 5 months
- Worksite Location: Concord, NH
- Perform preliminary troubleshooting and technical assistance for hardware and associated software
- Resolve customer issues where applicable and within the position skill set
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with the customer base and internal/external teams
- Unpack and stage desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment to the agency
- Complete imaging and installation of software onto devices
- Experience provisioning and deploying desktop hardware including desktops, laptops, and peripheralsÂ
- Experience troubleshooting and providing technical assistance for basic desktop, laptop, hardware, and software issues
- Experience unpacking, and staging desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment
- Experience resolving customer and end-user issues
