Contract Duration: 6months
Worksite Location: Sugar Land, TX
Compensation: $18.00 per hour

What you’ll do as a Technical Help Desk:

Provide desktop support for U.S. IT operations, both remotely and on-site at the Sugar Land campus
Monitor and manage the Sugar Land IT team’s support ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution of issues
Deliver IT support for conferences and on-campus meetings, ensuring smooth technical execution
Handle imaging, setup, and deployment of laptops for new hires, as well as for repairs and returns
Assist with IT operational projects in collaboration with the Sugar Land team

What you’ll bring to the Technical Help Desk role:

High school diploma
1–3+ years of IT experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, organized, and process-oriented mindset
