The Digital Business Analyst will support the Digital Marketing and Experience team. As part of an Agile team, this individual will be a key player in the definition of scope, creation of user stories, project tracking, and demonstrating business readiness. A successful candidate will be able to elicit high-level and detailed requirements from business stakeholders and coordinate with other areas of the organization (IT, Operations, etc.) to meet delivery goals.

- Contract Duration: 11+ months
- Location: 100% remote from the following states; AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI.Â
The Digital Business Analyst will support the Digital Marketing and Experience team. As part of an Agile team, this individual will be a key player in the definition of scope, creation of user stories, project tracking, and demonstrating business readiness. A successful candidate will be able to elicit high-level and detailed requirements from business stakeholders and coordinate with other areas of the organization (IT, Operations, etc.) to meet delivery goals.
What you’ll do as the Digital Business Analyst:
- Build and enhance digital tools and functionality for member portals
- Implement personalized dashboard 1.0 and define 2.0 roadmap
- Gather, research, and document requirements from business stakeholders and IT partners to support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new deliverables, processes, or models
- 3+ years of relevant experience; Business Analyst, Digital Marketing, and UX
- Ability to work cross-functionally across Marketing, IT, Operations/Call Center, and other business areas
- Industry knowledge of tools, techniques, and industry best practices in an Agile environment
- Ability to document and create P&Ps, using Agile tools, Word and PowerPoint
- Must show strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare Payor (Health Insurance) experience preferred
- Agile tool (such as ADO, JIRA, APPTIO) experience preferred
- SAFe Agile Certification preferred
