- Contract Duration:Â 6-months
- Worksite Location:Â Remote | EST schedule required
- Pay rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
What you'll do in this role:Â
- Design imagery, ad layouts, emails, landing page assets, infographics, blogs, and social media content for digital marketing campaigns
- Create static and dynamic visuals aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to produce high-impact creative assets that drive engagement and conversions
- Translate complex concepts into clean, compelling visuals tailored to a B2B construction audience
- Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
- Optionally contribute motion graphics, animations, or short-form video content if experienced
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B and corporate marketing work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Premiere or After Effects is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work across large, cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of revenue/performance marketing and how visual design supports conversion goals
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting needs
- High attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, proactively seeking feedback and contributing ideas
- Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, Creatopy, and project management platforms such as Wrike
- Familiarity with the construction, architecture, engineering, or SaaS industries is a plus
- Must be able to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
