- Worksite Location: Warminster, PA
What you will do as the Digital Print Operator:
- Perform basic and advanced setups
- Maintain accurate documentation and proper production reports
- Perform daily maintenance to ensure color accuracy
- Interpret color gamuts and adjust as needed
- Ensure jobs are assembled properly and maintain appropriate print position
- Assist Set-Up Technicians with troubleshooting problems
- Load and unload forms to maintain adequate supply of materials at the machine
- Conduct smooth transition between shifts; gather pertinent data to avoid interruption to production
- Ensure overall quality and color consistency
- Partner with the Supervisor when equipment repair is necessary
- Ability to cross-train on all equipment
- Train new team members and assist the team lead as needed
What you will bring to the Digital Print Operator role:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred, or related experience
- Manufacturing/Production environment experience; lean manufacturing and/or quality control training preferred
- 2+ years of laser operator experience; additional experience in digital print, direct mail, and/or fulfillment industry helpful
- Previous participation on a safety team and/or other safety training is a plus
- Ability to read and write English and understand oral and written communications
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 35 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
