Worksite Location: On-site in Kimball, Minnesota
Salary Range: $150,000-$180,000 per year

What you’ll do as a Director of Marketing:

Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to inform strategic direction
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment
Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels
Develop strategies to enhance brand equity and market presence
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising
Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors
Use insights to guide marketing strategy and tactics
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment
Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service, as well as outsourced creative agencies, to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Report on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement

What you’ll bring to the Director of Marketing role:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of leadership and successful marketing campaign management
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, experience managing a marketing team
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
Familiarity with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft suite
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of market research and data analysis
