- Worksite Location: Maple Grove, MN
- Compensation: $75,000-$80,000 annually
- Serve as the primary liaison to union locals, providing strategic support and development to strengthen partnerships
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities with unions, ensuring alignment with the credit union's goals
- Act as a “concierge” to the unions, offering tailored services and solutions to meet their unique needs
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to engage union members with the credit union’s products and services
- Create and execute campaigns to raise awareness of the credit union’s offerings, with a focus on union members
- Support and assist in branding and promotional efforts for the credit union as a whole
- Ensure effective communication and seamless execution of projects involving union locals and the credit union
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or promotions, ideally in a unionized environment or with a strong understanding of union operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- A “Jack or Jill of all trades” mindset, comfortable managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing needs
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and public relations
- High level of customer service orientation and professional demeanor
