About the Role
A leading global organization in the healthcare and advanced materials industry is seeking a detail-oriented SPC Supply Chain Analyst to support transportation operations across domestic and international markets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient movement of goods, accurate freight processing, and seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills, and is comfortable working within complex supply chain systems.
Job Description
This role will be responsible for supporting transportation operations, including shipment planning, carrier coordination, and freight settlement processes. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, logistics providers, and third-party auditors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all transportation activities.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Create and manage shipments, including load planning for domestic and international transportation
  • Interface with carriers and freight forwarders to coordinate movement of goods
  • Collaborate with third-party auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance in transportation processes
  • Support freight settlement activities, including validation and processing of invoices
  • Monitor transportation activities and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system records within ERP platforms
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support supply chain operations

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience or knowledge of transportation operations within a supply chain environment
  • Proficiency working within ERP systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting domestic and international logistics operations
  • Experience working with freight settlement or auditing processes
  • Exposure to working with third-party logistics providers or freight auditors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
