- Contract Duration: 6 months, potential to extend
- Division: Parts, Garments and Accessories
- Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN – Hybrid 2 days onsite
- Support the day-to-day marketplace e-commerce operations (Amazon and eBay) by way of content updates, catalog management, site merchandising, error resolution, and performance
- Act as a point of contact for product leaders, marketers, and dealers with marketplace inquiries and issues related to the marketplace
- Support execution of strategic initiatives in partnership with Marketplace Manager and Product Content Lead
- Focus on data integrity, error resolution, process improvements, and efficiencies
- Aid in vendor management (Rithum, Amazon, eBay) and external agencies
- Ensure daily site maintenance is conducted: address compliance issues, correct product listings, brand/IP infringement issues, error resolution, new product listing, A+ content development, etc.
- Lead error management, triage, and resolution
- Perform monthly catalog reviews to identify low sales performance, error volume, and compliance issuesÂ
- Collaborate with product leaders and the Product Content team to launch new products on marketplaces, including the gathering of content requirements, content development, and review, product setup, error resolution, and post-launch reporting
- Support and execute reporting, insights, and analysis on business performance, opportunities, and risks
- Manage marketplace email mailboxes, including correspondence with dealers
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3+ years of experience in business, digital marketing, communications, project management, or customer insights
- Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and eBay
- Experience with Jungle Scout, Rithum or similar vendors preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.Â
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proactive personality and strong communication skills
