- Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN
- Effectively partner with financial business areas and provide subject matter expertise level support to enhance functional business areas through processes and systems improvements
- Work with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for ERP enhancement projects
- Proactively identify areas of improvement, collaborate with key stakeholders to identify requirements, and drive process and systems enhancements
- Work with stakeholders to document business requirements and business process flows in designing and preparing new systems or solutions
- Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit
- Analyze the impact of proposed solutions across the business
- Develop use cases to explain and/or demonstrate business requirements and specifications to the IT team and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews
- Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from the sponsor and stakeholders
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ERP solutions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to ERP implementation and management
- Bachelor's degree in an information technology discipline or related field
- 8+ Â years of relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational requirements
- 7+ years of experience in an ERP Business Analyst role, finance experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Detailed understanding of business operations and accounting principles within an ERP manufacturing environment
- Successful project participation in major ERP upgrades or implementations
- Effective written, communication skills and demonstrated success in various project methodologies
- Experience working with business partners and supporting tasks across multiple projects
