Ecommerce Marketplace Associate Job Description:
The eCommerce Marketplace Associate is responsible for listing, pictures, customer service for new and used apparel and assist in building and growing the KLIM brand on eBay marketplace. This role will work on creating compelling listings that will attract attention and sell the products and help customers understand KLIM gear features and benefits by providing industry leading customer service.

- Hourly Rate: $20/hourÂ
Ecommerce Marketplace Associate Job Description:
The eCommerce Marketplace Associate is responsible for listing, pictures, customer service for new and used apparel and assist in building and growing the KLIM brand on eBay marketplace. This role will work on creating compelling listings that will attract attention and sell the products and help customers understand KLIM gear features and benefits by providing industry leading customer service.
What you’ll do as an Ecommerce Marketplace Associate:
- Maintain high quality listings
- Take pictures of Klim products
- Overseeing the eCommerce inventory
- Answer customer inquiries
- Learn product details
- Leverage current trends and best practices of SEO
- High School degree required; pursuit of Marketing/Photography degree preferred
- Experience and understanding of photography skills
- Experience with Microsoft suite, primarily Excel
- Quality communication and collaboration skills
- Familiar with SEO trends preferred
- Ecommerce selling experience (Ebay) helpful
