- Worksite Location:Â Oak Park Heights, MN
- Work Type: Direct Hire
- Compensation: $120,000-$135,000 per year, plus bonuses and profit sharing
What you’ll do as the Enterprise Project Manager:
- Use formal transformation processes, tools, templates, and methodologies to lead or support medium cross-functional or functional projects that require engineering or re-engineering of finance capabilities and systems or transactions
- Manage the relationship with business process owners, operational experts, project sponsor(s), and key stakeholders
- Ensure collaboration and common alignment of scope, timeline, deliverables, and tradeoffs from project ideation through closure
- Coach, mentor, and supervise project subject matter experts and team members in a timely manner
- Handle performance issues according to company policy and include employee’s direct line operational management
- Provide operational support to maintain subject matter expertise of current state business processes and systems while balancing the continuous support of transformation
What you’ll bring to the Enterprise Project Manager role:
- B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Business Admin, or a related field
- 7+ years of related experience
- 3-5+ years of transformation experience or equivalent
- PMP Certified is a plus
- Advanced understanding of complex accounting practices, processes, and principles 7 years of supporting transformation initiatives
- Experience with leading or implementing financial business process changes at an enterprise level
- Operational exposure to formal business process transformation tools: Lean Six Sigma, project management, process analysis experience or certifications
