Job Description
As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of events, from logistics and vendor coordination to post-event lead follow-up. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, to ensure seamless execution and maximize event ROI. Responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute events that support revenue goals and business objectives.
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and on-site details for events.
- Utilize event management tools for registration, email communications, and attendee tracking.
- Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enable effective lead capture and follow-up.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in event marketing or event coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in event management platforms and tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
- Experience in technology or B2B marketing environments.
- Familiarity with revenue-driven marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
