Contract Duration: 9 months
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN

What you’ll do as the Events Project Manager:

Execute strategies that drive the successful completion of quarterly (seasonal), vendor-sponsored and brand launch events
Be responsible for leading multiple projects and meet budget/timing parameters
Ensure accurate production
Follow through on all event deliverables
Be accountable for communication with key stakeholders in Marketing, Store Operations, PR, Roundel, Creative and Print Production

What you’ll bring to the Events Project Manager role:

4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite
5+ years of combined project management, event planning and/or in-store marketing experience
Proven operational excellence, including high-performing results managing high-scope/high-visibility projects
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including ability to think quickly to resolve issues leading up to an event
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clear, decisive action
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including ability to facilitate healthy debate
Ability to develop and build enrollment to process, driving milestone adherence and continuous improvement at scale
Agency experience and/or experience working with an agency
