Executive Assistant - Wealth Management Office
Job Description
- Worksite Location: Eagan, MN (100% onsite)
- Compensation: $25.00-$30.00/hr DOE
- Contract to Perm
- Support advisors with daily tasks
- Prepare, process, and follow up on paperwork
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Handle day-to-day operations and clerical tasks
- Learn and grow through on-the-job training
- Complete light filing and various general office duties
- Work closely with advisors to prepare the necessary paperwork
- Review and process paperwork
- Follow up on all transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Place outreach and problem-solving items that require attention
- Build strong relationships with our clients
- Maintain/update CRM
- Excellent personal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to take on new tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professionalism, attendance, punctuality, and accountability are essential functions
- Prior experience in the financial industry is valued
