• Worksite Location: Remote
• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Compensation: $22.00 -$26.00 per hour

What you'll do as an Export Shipment Process Lead: 

• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to manage and optimize the global order-to-cash process
• Oversee sourcing, transportation, and delivery throughout the supply chain, ensuring timely order entry and accurate pricing for international shipments
• Apply export regulatory policies and procedures, manage export documentation, and ensure compliance for all shipments
• Set up and maintain customer and material data in ERP systems while developing SOPs and job aids to streamline operations
• Support ERP deployment preparations by creating testing scenarios and managing order and transportation transitions during system changes
• Provide best practice sharing within the work group, contributing expertise with minimal direction

What you’ll bring to the Export Shipment Process Lead role:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• 2+ years of experience with Incoterms, international transportation, freight forwarders, or global sourcing
• 1–2 years of customer service or client-facing experience involving cross-border shipments
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with divisions, subsidiaries, and end customers
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
• Strong skills in generating, analyzing, and presenting sales reports
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
