Our client, a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions, is seeking a Field Operations Support Assistant to join their team. Job Description
The Field Operations Support Assistant plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations for field service teams. This position is responsible for coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to field operations teams, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation
- Coordinate service appointments, route planning, and technician support activities
- Maintain and update internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Assist with inventory tracking, equipment logistics, and service-related documentation
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports, process service requests, and assist with billing or order-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
- 1+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or customer support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting field service or operations teams
- Familiarity with scheduling systems, CRM tools, or ERP platforms
- Prior experience in industries such as manufacturing, service operations, or logistics
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
