- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Worksite Location: Remote
- Lead End-to-End Customer Issue Resolution Management and analysis for customers in one of the Business Groups for the USAC Customer Operations
- Research and analyze customer-specific payments, adjustments, delinquencies, and creditworthiness to identify root cause issues and implement preventative action plans
- Support the customers and internal partners by partnering with business group customers and internal clients such as the sales teams to resolve delinquent accounts
- Work independently and perform vigorous collection activity on past due accounts within generally defined credit policies and procedures through extensive telephone, email, fax, and written communication
- Receive and support our customers by partnering with business group customers and internal teams such as customer service, POD, and transportation to analyze and resolve all types of credit and returns complaints such as incorrect quantity, incorrect product, delivery, pricing, and tax
- Analyze and work to identify payment deductions from customers by research and analysis to determine the root cause for deduction until final resolution by issuing adjustments for reconciliation and/or performing vigorous collection activities and obtaining repayment
- Check and analyze customer orders according to credit policies, customer status, and risk to release or maintain hold for past due/delinquent accounts
- Implement improvements in customer satisfaction by identifying trends, problems, and barriers
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, or 2+ years of relevant customer-facing work experience
- Ability to manage workload
- Ability to work in the grey, not everything is black and white within this role
- Must be tech savvy
- Ability to earn remotely and have multiple systems up at once to service our customers
