Contract Duration: 12 months
Worksite Location: Maplewood, MN | Hybrid
Compensation: $95.00-$105.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Global Logistics Project Leader:

Lead logistics quality improvement initiatives across distribution, transportation, and trade compliance functions
Conduct root cause analysis, track logistics defects (DPPM), and manage performance using tools such as Power BI, SAP, and WMS
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and savings opportunities
Build a structured project framework to align multiple workstreams including supply chain, systems, communications, and personnel
Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams including IT, Engineering, EHS, and Operations
Ensure tasks are identified, assigned, and completed on schedule while escalating issues when needed
Drive communication and provide executive-level reporting and updates
Create and manage project documentation, templates, and tools for consistent execution

What you’ll bring to the Global Logistics Project Leader role:

Bachelor’s degree
Strong experience in logistics operations, including distribution centers, transportation, intercompany shipments, and trade compliance
Proven background in logistics quality management and performance improvement
Proficiency in project leadership, including PMO-level coordination and cross-functional team alignment
Ability to manage multiple project elements, track progress, and deliver clear communication to stakeholders
Technical proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SAP, and warehouse management systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
