Contract Duration: 6-months
Worksite Location: Westminster, CO
Pay rate: $25-28/hr

What you'll do in this role:

Collaborate with product marketing to interpret requirements, complete forms, and submit SKU setup requests
Monitor and manage SKU creation workflows to ensure timely completion and resolve roadblocks with appropriate stakeholders
Set up and remove pricing, promotional codes, and discount schedules within Salesforce to support product launches and retirements
Create and execute test orders to validate SKU setup and ensure data accuracy across systems
Troubleshoot issues related to SKU creation, pricing discrepancies, and data integrity
Input and maintain accurate product details—names, descriptions, and supporting information—in the Contentful content management system
Address and resolve store support issues and operational requests as needed

What you'll bring to the role:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams
A degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
At least 2 years of experience in sales support within a customer-facing environment
At least 2 years of hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM
