- Worksite Location:Â Preferably St. Cloud, MN (Twin Cities area acceptable for monthly on-site visits, remote eligible)
- Compensation: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
- Hours: 20-25 hours per week
- Create and design a comprehensive DE&I toolkit for local employers
- Provide leadership development and strategic consulting services
- Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, recruitment, and policy implementation
- Conduct research on current trends in recruitment, retention, and DE&I policies
- Review existing HR practices and provide guidance to improve them
- Work with a coalition of leaders, nonprofit partners, and Fortune 500 companies
- Develop and implement HR systems for the nonprofit organization
- Assist in placing individuals from diverse backgrounds with partner companies
- Background in HR, leadership development, or related fields
- 3-5+ years of HR experience, preferably in both nonprofit and corporate settings
- Strong research, design, and strategic planning skills
- Proficient in DE&I practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
