Human Resources Manager Description:
The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic business partner for our globally expanding organization. This position will provide leaders with HR support in the areas of organizational structure, change management, employee relations, performance management and enforcing company policies and practices.
What you’ll do as the Human Resources Manager:
- Consult with managers, supervisors and team leads, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Resolve issues dealing with performance management, employee relations issues and organizational changes
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and procedures to maintain compliance
- Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruiting, interviewing, and assisting with the hiring of qualified job applicant
- Provide consistent application and interpretation of policies and procedures throughout the company
- Partner with business unit leaders to assess strategic needs and establish department priorities
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Communicate and promote HR initiatives to assigned business units to ensure that initiatives are being utilized consistently and effectively throughout the organization
What you’ll bring to the Director of Sales role:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role
