- Worksite Location:Â Lehi, UT
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the IT Provisioning Technician:Â
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical support, providing assistance to employees via phone, chat, email, and remote support
- Manage the ticketing process for equipment requests and returns, ensuring smooth operations and efficient tracking
- Follow established processes for documenting and tracking provisioning activities
- Communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse group of employees, ensuring a positive and professional support experience
- Provide detailed descriptions of technical issues and troubleshooting steps for escalation, review, and audit purposes
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational security practices, safeguarding company systems and sensitive data

- Strong troubleshooting fundamentals
- Proficiency with current Windows operating systems
- A keen interest in learning new technologies and expanding technical skills
