What you’ll do as the IT System Integration Specialist:
- Analyze, develop, enhance, and support the integration architecture and environment to enable business processes
- Identify and implement system and/or process improvements
- Operate at an expert level in one or more areas of IT and recommend and develop standards in those areas
- Provide expertise and support for ongoing operations of existing systems, including problem resolution and instituting preventative measures
- Influence and operate within IS standards and conventions and promote adherence
- Pursue continuous learning consistent with changes in technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related
- 5+ years of experience with software development life cycle methodologies
- 4+ years of experience in systems integration
- 3+ years of SQL programming and database design experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Technical experience or knowledge of XML, B2MML preferred
