About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Enterprise Supply Chain Analyst to support a leading global organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector. This contract opportunity focuses on indirect spend and MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) environments, where you will play a key role in improving supply chain performance through analytics, system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Working within a highly matrixed enterprise environment, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive efficiency, improve inventory accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making across supply chain and procurement operations.
Job Description
The Enterprise Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building reporting solutions, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives related to indirect spend and MRO inventory. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Analyze MRO stockroom and indirect spend data across enterprise systems such as SAP, MAXIMO (SAMS), and PeopleSoft
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, and other analytics platforms
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support procurement and supply chain decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Maintenance, and Operations to align analytics with business objectives
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve data discrepancies and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support data integrity, system audits, and inventory reconciliation processes
- Deliver both recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis to stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvement efforts focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis techniques)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, MRO stockroom operations, or indirect spend analysis
- 2+ years of experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, MAXIMO (SAMS), or PeopleSoft
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
- Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms
- Knowledge of MRO inventory management and indirect procurement processes
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience with Python, AI tools, or advanced data analysis techniques
- Strong continuous improvement mindset and process optimization experience
