About the Role
Our firm is partnering with a large, enterprise-scale organization within the retail and consumer services industry to hire a Sales Analyst. This role supports a high-performing sales organization focused on driving revenue growth, product adoption, and operational efficiency across a complex, fast-paced business environment. The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in enabling sales teams with data-driven insights, process support, and visibility into account performance.

Job Description
The Sales Analyst will support the sales organization by developing and maintaining views of assigned accounts, including account status, revenue performance, contacts, and key business attributes. This individual will collaborate closely with sales and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between sales activities, vendor processes, and broader organizational goals.
Key responsibilities include:

Partnering with sales teams to support revenue growth and product adoption objectives aligned with enterprise-level strategies
Building and maintaining accurate account views, dashboards, and reporting related to customer performance and engagement
Supporting vendor integrations and ensuring sales processes operate within existing vendor agreements
Managing data entry, manual task tracking, and process documentation at scale
Navigating a high volume of detailed requests and ensuring timely progression through established workflows
Coordinating across internal teams and external partners on projects that span multiple functions
Generating and pulling reports from CRM and sales enablement tools to support decision-making

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in project management, sales operations, or a related analytical role
Strong proficiency in Excel, including data mining, pivot tables, formulas, templates, and VLOOKUPs
Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
Experience navigating Salesforce, including pulling reports and basic platform usage
Experience using DocuSign to manage agreements, track contacts, and monitor actions
Proven ability to manage processes at scale and handle a high volume of detailed requests
Experience working across internal and external organizations on cross-functional initiatives
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale sales organizations
Familiarity with vendor management and contract-driven sales processes
Experience improving or standardizing sales or operational workflows
Ability to translate data into actionable insights for sales stakeholders
