- Worksite Location: St. Cloud, MN
- Compensation: $50,000 annually + commission
Inside Sales Representative Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for calling and emailing current and active distributors and coordinating order and quote activity with our agent partners to drive orders and sales. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Inside Sales Representative will work closely with Sales and Support teams to ensure seamless client interactions. In addition, the Inside Sales Representative will drive revenue by connecting at all levels of our agent partners. The right person will enjoy developing relationships over the phone to drive sales. This role is for a hunter that drives business and will be supported by the quotes team and software to limit any administrative activities.
What you’ll do as the Inside Sales Representative:
- Call and email old and current distributors to increase order volume
- Call and email agent partners relationships to coordinate and drive sales
- Record all activity in Salesforce CRM
- Achieve the assigned sales and profitability targets
- Provide excellent sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Product training and education
- Manage issues in conjunction with the appropriate Nova Flex staff members
- Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision
- Utilize Sales Force CRM to drive sales, manage, update, and maintain assigned accounts
- Follow up with customers on special requirements or requests
What you’ll bring to the Inside Sales Representative role:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Understanding of the lighting, electrical, construction, or building products industries a plus
- Exceptional sales and relationship management skills
- Time management skills and an ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
