- Worksite Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days a week onsite at Manhattan office
- Salary: $68,500 per year
- Perform account maintenance on assigned portfolio of accounts, including updates to client files, scanning and attaching of plan documents, and various applications
- Assist in resolution of common account issues through internal underwriting infrastructure and/or matrix partners
- Research and solve low complexity billing, claims, and enrollment issues
- Manage daily client issues alongside Account Executives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2+ years of experience in an office setting
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
