  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Worksite Location: Hartford, CT | Hybrid - 3 days onsite
  • Compensation: $65.00-$75.00 per hour, W2
What you’ll do as the Integrated Marketing Strategy Director:
  • Develop creative briefs grounded in insights, providing direction to creative teams
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel leads to establish campaign approach, deliverables, and timing
  • Provide strategic marketing recommendations to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the execution and oversight of campaigns, ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Communicate effectively with channel partners, planning managers, and project management throughout campaign development and execution
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with brand standards and guidelines
  • Offer feedback on creative work, inspiring teams to deliver outcomes aligned with strategies
  • Provide strategic input to planning managers and assist in developing integrated campaigns
  • Oversee content development, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring realistic and attainable goals
  • Advise on priorities and resource trade-offs based on budget and logistical constraints
What you’ll bring to the Integrated Marketing Strategy Director role:
  • Bachelors Degree 
  • 1+ years of leadership or team lead experience
  • 6+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field, ad agency, or marketing within the corporate environment 
  • B2B marketing experience 
  • Strong account management and project management skills
  • Expertise in digital marketing, digital advertising platforms, web, video production, field marketing, paid media, and social media
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and internal teams, delivering marketing campaigns and creative development
  • Experience using Workfront software
  • Experience working in a matrix organization
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and building strong relationships
