This role plays a key part in supporting the client's digital and merchandising operations by ensuring product data accuracy across their online and in-store platforms. As an Item Validator, you will be responsible for capturing accurate product measurements, weights, and packaging details to support item data integrity across the client's digital channels. You will work closely with store teams and digital partners to validate vendor-submitted information and resolve discrepancies. This is a hands-on, on-site role that combines physical product handling with data entry and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:
- Use a measuring device to accurately capture product dimensions and weights
- Capture detailed product information directly from item packaging
- Audit vendor-submitted item details for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with store teams to resolve product or data-related issues
- Support digital teams with accurate and timely item information
- Contribute to overall item data quality initiatives
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to interpret source materials with limited guidance
- Previous experience entering data into a database or Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to stand and work on feet for 8 hours per shift
- Prior experience in a retail, merchandising, or product data environment
- Familiarity with item data management systems or vendor portals
- Experience working cross-functionally with store or digital teams
