- Worksite Location: Remote
- Compensation: $95,000-$115,000 annually + bonus eligible up to 6%
- Support the Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
- Analyze certificate, endorsement, and audit requests
- Initiate necessary corrections to ensure accuracy of dates, coverage, signatures, commission, premium, attachments, etc.Â
- Facilitate the flow of information from agents and underwriters to internal teams and/or clients
- Initiate cancellation and non-renewal notices in a timely manner according to statutory and contractual requirements
- Respond promptly to all requests from the internal team, (re)insurers, or clients regarding account servicing issues
- Interact regularly with brokers, clients, and underwriters regarding certificates
- Provide and/or assist with quotations and binders for new business, renewals, and endorsements
- Proactively initiate and coordinate renewal activity on assigned accounts
- Review client accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact clients on receivable collections
- Provide technical guidance to staff assisting with client needs or procedural issues
- Notify brokers of pertinent information related to client retention
- Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Â
- 6+ years related work experienceÂ
- Valid insurance license
- Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
- Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Ability to work within a team and to foster teamworkÂ
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
