What you’ll do as a Learning Coordinator:
•   Work with enterprise and commercial learning leaders and to plan, schedule and track instructor-led training events and support other designated training.
•   Monitor and report on enrollment progress for commercial instructor-led classes offered from Enterprise Learning, using Workday Learning and prepare and coordinate training pre-work (communication on training/logistics/etc.…).
•   Schedule in-person and virtual training events.
•   Coordinate hosting of in-person training events, including room scheduling and setup, catering, printed materials, invitations and vendor facilitator coordination.
•   Produce high quality reports, presentations, and other documents.Â
•   Ensure timely reporting using PowerBI and Visier (training and talent data).
What you’ll bring to the Learning Coordinator role:
•   High school diploma or higher education
•   2 years of experience in a training/HR environment
•   Elevated interest in the talent/learning domain
•   Demonstrated ability to complete assigned work while working independently.
•   Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, & Outlook)
•   Demonstrated ability to learn new applications (PowerBI, SharePoint, Workday)

- Contract Duration: 12-months
- Worksite Location: Saint Paul, MN | hybrid
