- Worksite Location:Â Fort Myers, FL
- Contract Period: 6-months, possible permanent conversion
- Compensation:Â $17.00-$18.00 per hour
- Respond to all prospect calls, walk-in visits, and internet inquiries in a professional manner
- Present all aspects of the apartment community in a positive light in order to persuade prospects to lease apartments
- Show units daily on a walking tour
- Update the Comparative Market Survey monthly and provide it to the Community Manager according to the Operations Policy and Procedure Manual (OPPM)
- Maintain and follow up with welcome cards and all leasing/application paperwork and computer entries in an accurate and timely manner
- Complete all necessary rental applications and paperwork to gain approval
- High School or equivalent education
- LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) is required
- Sales and/or other customer service experience preferred
- An ability to work with a variety of personalities and situations in a friendly outgoing and professional manner
- Basic math skills for calculating rent payments, deposits, application fees, pet fees, interest, etc.
- Must be familiar with computers and computer programs such as Word, Excel, etc. (Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred)
- May require a valid driver’s license
