Worksite Location: Dayton, MN
Contract Duration: 12+ months

What you’ll do as the Logistics Specialist:

Track WO release, WO confirmation, shipment planning, portal scheduling, and labeling
Make sure the product is on a pallet and ready to ship to the distributor
Use work order to validate information before planning
Select orders in the system and ensure information is correct
Print orders out of the ERP system
Get documents from the portal and label skids on the floor
Email external and internal stakeholders regarding any issues

What you’ll bring to the Logistics Specialist role:

Ability to work at a desk (75%) and on the warehouse floor (25%)
Experience with ERP and distribution portal systems
Intermediate computer skills
Willingness to learn
Must be tech savvy
Strong written and oral communication skills (English)
