Contract Duration: 12 months

Worksite Location: Wayzata, MN
Compensation: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

What you’ll do as a Logistics Specialist:

Support supply chain activities to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of products and ingredients to warehouses, vendors, plants, or customers
Manage documentation and system updates related to shipments and logistics
Assist in coordinating transportation and logistics activities, including claims, customer service, and material resource planning
Execute purchase and sales contracts, internal and external purchase orders, and invoice processing
Maintain accurate inventory records and shipment tracking using ERP systems and spreadsheets
Facilitate transportation arrangements and capacity planning with third-party providers
Provide support for container administration and import shipments

What you’ll bring to the Logistics Specialist role:

Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, or transportation functions (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
Familiarity with SAP (preferred)
Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet tools
Ability to coordinate across teams and external partners
Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to follow standard procedures and escalate issues appropriately
