Work Location: Minneapolis, MN
Work Hours: 7:30AM-4:00PM, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

What a Machine Operator will do:

Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with the goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime and waste
Conduct quality checks to ensure the product meets the required dimensions and there are zero material defects
Problem-solve when issues arise with equipment
Operate all die-cutting/folding and gluing equipment accurately and efficiently
Perform preventative maintenance daily, weekly, and monthly on equipment such as lubrication, replacement of small parts, cleaning, and minor adjustments
Keep the department clean and well-organized
Cross-train on other equipment for coverage when needed during high workload and responsible for cross-training on die-cut/folding and gluing equipment

What you need to become a Machine Operator:

2+ years of experience as an operator on Moll Regal Folder/Gluer and Moll Flex cut 760 or similar equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude
Possess problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously
Willingness to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel
Ability to communicate and understand written as well as oral instructions
Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively
