About the Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Network Project Leader to drive strategic supply chain transformation initiatives for a global leader in advanced materials and industrial solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, cross-functional projects that shape the future of manufacturing and supply chain operations worldwide.
Job Description
As the Manufacturing Network Project Leader, you will:
- Lead strategic and complex transitional supply chain projects with global, cross-functional teams, managing end-to-end delivery from scoping through execution.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, dependencies, resources, and milestones in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Ensure timely completion of project stages and prepare for stage-gate decision meetings.
- Oversee cost, timelines, quality, resources, and compliance with corporate policies.
- Manage Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) logs across initiatives, proactively escalating significant risks.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for functional and cross-functional project challenges.
- Continuously refine project methodologies and train stakeholders on best practices.
- Provide structured support during organizational transitions, addressing both operational and emotional impacts.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and administer reporting and governance systems.
- Drive adherence to and improvement of processes, systems, standards, and tools.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in leading strategic projects within large-scale corporate environments or similar transformation roles.
- Strong sense of ownership and delivery focus.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with detailed implementation tracking (RAID logs, dependencies).
- Financial acumen with a track record of aligning operations and realizing project value.
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills for engaging leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated change management expertise and ability to lead teams through transitions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degreeÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with SAP and Power BI.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), Agile Scrum Master, or similar methodologies.
- Experience in global supply chain transformation projects.
