Market Development Specialist - Polaris

Job Description
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN
- Coordinate Polaris Retail Experience Center construction addendums process, and track each construction addendum through to completion ensuring dealer compliance
- Track and monitor due dates for contingent letters of approval, coordinating execution with the market development team
- Project management for ongoing Market Development team objectives
- Manage the Channel Development Inbox and Become a Dealer Inquiry Inbox
- Lead IBMI dealer hierarchy data entry project
- Thorough and comprehensive understanding of diverse powersports business models and metrics
- Maintain Electronic filing and records management system and other workflow procedures
- Orchestrate dealer signage order processes, ensuring signage orders are correct and managing/optimizing the relationship with our signage vendor
- Bachelor's degree in business or an equivalent field, with an emphasis on Sales or Marketing
- 5+ years of relevant sales, account management, or customer service experience
- Highly organized with attention to detail, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize
- Strong written and verbal communicationÂ
- Excellent telephone and e-mail skills
- Ability to negotiate and overcome objections
- Strong reading comprehension and proficiency in dealing with motor vehicle-related legal terminology and concepts
- Strong computer skills – Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
