Marketing Project Manager | Product and Brand Marketing
Job Description
- Contract Duration: 10-months
- Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | Hybrid
- Compensation: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
- Must have:
- 1+ year of experience within the Health Insurance Industry
- Strong experience in PowerPoint
- Experience in Product Marketing
What you will do as a Marketing Project Manager:
- Set up and manage project schedules in workflow tools.
- Oversee the daily management of tasks and deliverables in Robohead
- Route projects for required review and approval processes
- Release projects for production and distribution, ensuring timely market delivery
- Facilitate weekly status meetings and create status reports for stakeholders
- Track and report project status, addressing any roadblocks and proposing solutions for off-track projects
- Coordinate “forward planning” meetings to prioritize upcoming and current work, and identify potential bottlenecks
What you will bring to the Marketing Project Manager role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Must have: 1+ year of experience within the Health Insurance Industry.
- Experience in PowerPoint
- Experience in Product Marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related role
- Proven ability to successfully drive complex campaigns from planning through execution
- Experience managing multiple deliverables across different timelines
- Experience working with various media types, including print and digital
- Familiarity with workflow management software, preferably Robohead
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly adapt to changing timelines and requirements
- Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities
