  • Contract Duration: 5-months, potential for extensions
  • Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | Hybrid
  • Compensation: $32-38/hr W2
The ideal candidate has Marketing Project Management experience supporting direct mail acquisition marketing within the health insurance industry specific to Medicare and Government Programs.   What you will do as a Marketing Project Manager:
  • Manage the execution and workflow of direct mail acquisition marketing projects to ensure on-time delivery
  • Set up project schedules and manage daily tasks using workflow tools
  • Communicate with external vendor on direct mail projects
  • Route projects through review stages and secure necessary regulatory approvals
  • Release completed projects for production and distribution
  • Provide regular status updates and support communication with stakeholders
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and recommend solutions to keep projects on track
  • Offer workflow tool support as needed for other project managers

What you will bring to the Marketing Project Manager role:
  • 2–3 years of project management experience in consumer marketing; Medicare experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines
  • Strong understanding of direct mail marketing processes
  • Experience working with workflow/project management software (e.g., Robohead or similar project management tools)
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to pivot quickly in response to shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving requirements
