- Contract Duration: 6-months
- Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN
- Hourly Rate: $45-50/hr W2
- Independently leads and provides project management leadership for large programs and projects
- Defines and manages communication plans
- Leads activities to mitigate risks and resolve issues
- Identifies and communicates budget and schedule variances
- Monitors progress of project and reports status, ensuring project is on time and within budget
- Manages tasks and designates responsibilities for global and virtual teams of 10-20 project contributors
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience; medium to large scale projects
- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint
- Strong communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks for self and others
- Experience leading matrixed project teams
