Marketing and Sales Administrator
Job Description
- Worksite Location: Chaska, MN
- Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 per year
- Note: Flexibility to travel about 5% of the time to attend and coordinate trade shows.
- Manage the show schedule and booth logistics for local trade shows
- Manage the annual budget for shows and other marketing
- Coordinate meetings, sponsorships, etc. for major trade shows
- Coordinate any upgrades required to trade show materials and literature
- Keep social media presence up to date, including posts on X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Coordinate updates of the website and keep current with news articles, case studies, conferences, etc.
- Disseminate leads from the website to the Sales Team via CRM and ensure follow-up
- Manage the preparation and submission of proposals, including checking that all required information is included
- Ensure budget and firm proposal formats are professional and consistent
- Keep reference lists updated
- Manage the directory of prospects and archived projects
- Ensure all sales proposals and budget estimates are saved in central project files
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or sales support role
- Photoshop and Illustrator experience preferred
- Web Design knowledge preferred
